 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you     received   it.

2. Refund Eligibility:

A. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval of the return.

 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Eligibility:

A. You may request an exchange for a different product within 14 days of receiving your original order.

B. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

A. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

B. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Return and Exchange Process:

A. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team using the chat box  within 14 days of receiving the product.

B. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

C. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if the request meets the eligibility criteria.

6. Shipping Costs:

A. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

B. Gadgets 242 will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement item in the case of an exchange due to a defective or incorrect product.

7. Inspection and Approval:

A. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. b. If the product is deemed eligible, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

8. Refund or Exchange Options:

A. For returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. b. For exchanges, we will send a replacement item of equal value if available, or provide store credit.

9. Damaged or Defective Products:

A. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.

B. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, for our team to assess.

C. We will replace the item or provide a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
